Leigh Tracy, OTA/L
Helping people has never simply been a career for me — it has been part of who I am my entire life.
I began volunteering as a candy striper in middle school and spent my teenage years working as a camp counselor for individuals with special needs. On my 18th birthday, I became a paid caregiver and started working in a local group home supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities — a moment that truly began my lifelong career in healthcare.
I am a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/L) in Wisconsin with 32 years of experience across critical care ICU, acute care, rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, home care, and leadership as a Director of Home Care Rehab. My passion has always been helping people remain as safe, independent, mobile, and engaged in life as possible.
For over 20 years, I also incorporated therapy dogs into patient care, combining compassion, creativity, and meaningful connection to help people heal and thrive.
Tracy Care Services was created to provide personalized, Occupational Therapy–based support that focuses on the whole person — helping clients live safely, confidently, and with dignity while continuing to enjoy the things that matter most to them.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and ukulele, watercolor painting, reading, photography, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.
